Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide product/service information
- Maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree in any field with 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly & patient demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- N80,000 monthly.
