Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a people-friendly, reliable and enthusiastic customer representative to join our team.
  • As the face of our supermarket, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customers’ queries, concerns and complaint and promoting the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer’s inquiries, resolve complaints and dissatisfactions, and address concerns in a courteous, prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Recommend products and promotions to customers.
  • Answer calls, respond to emails and interacts with customers on all social media platform.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales target, improve customers’ satisfaction and maintain mart’s appearance.
  • Develop and maintain and in-depth knowledge of products, promotions and offered services.
  • Stay up-to-date on store policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of customers and implement proactive strategies to ensure continuous customers satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any related discipline.
  • 2-3 years in a customer facing role, preferably in retail.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages is an added advantage.
  • Close proximity to the island.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and the weekend.
