Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage client orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Education: OND, HND, or BSc in any field.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Customer Care, Admin, or Sales Representative.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
• Female candidates are preferred for gender balance purposes.
• Must reside in or near Olowora, Berger.

Salary

• N80,000 Monthly.
