Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care / Sales Representative to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and driving sales growth.
  • This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information about our properties and services.
  • Sales: Generate new leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Property Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our properties, including features, amenities, and market trends.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, events, and advertising campaigns.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain customer records, sales data, and other relevant
  • information in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in or any other relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented; ability to work
  • independently and as part of a team.

Salary

  • N190,000 / Month
