Role Description
- As the Customer Care Representative & Front Desk Officer, this full-time on-site role is located in Owerri Municipal and responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk and on the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping.
- Uphold patient confidentiality.
- Address patient inquiries with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND – Relevant work experience preferred but not required as training will be given.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to accurately document records.
- A meticulous approach to work and attention to detail is essential.
- An approachable, helpful, and welcoming demeanor combined with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must possess the ability to work during extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Reside in Owerri, Imo State.
- Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Professional attire and demeanor.
- Courteous and patient-centric attitude.
- Computer proficiency.
- Managing medical records.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Processing payments.
- Answering queries.
