Job Title: Customer Engagement Agent
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Overview
- This role involves addressing customer inquiries, promoting products or services, and fostering positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Applicants should be able to speak in either Igbo or Hausa.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Proactively engage customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Use CRM tools to document interactions, track customer concerns, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Assist in customer onboarding and post-purchase support to ensure satisfaction and successful adoption of products/services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in any field
- Must reside within the stated location
- Not more than 28 years old as at time of application
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools, Microsoft Office, and related software.
Salary
- N120,000 monthly.
