Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • This role involves a combination of customer engagement, relationship management, and sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Sales:

  • Actively pursue and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Customer Support:

  • Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and customer engagement for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum of 7 years experience in sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
