Job Title: Customer Experience and Sales Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience.
- Handle all guest inquiries and provide information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
- Assist guests with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring smooth processes.
- Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all spa offerings, packages, and services to provide accurate information.
- Manage customer feedback, ensuring that every guest’s voice is heard and their experience improved.
- Ensure a positive post-service experience by following up with guests and collecting feedback.
- Support other departments, including spa treatments and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- A calm, professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Passion for wellness, luxury services, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
