Job Title: Customer Experience Executive
Locations: Calabar, Cross River and Ikeja & Ajah – Lagos
Job Summary
- The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers across various touchpoints.
- The ideal candidate is young, vibrant, and passionate about delivering value and satisfaction to customers. This role is suited for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline (maximum).
- Must be 23 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Salary
- N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
