Job Description
- The Customer Experience Intern plays a key role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, heard, and satisfied from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- This role requires someone with empathy, attentiveness, and a strong passion for guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and listen to their needs or complaints.
- Assist in resolving basic inquiries or complaints efficiently and politely.
- Conduct guest check-in follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
- Liaise between departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Keep accurate logs of customer interactions and feedback.
- Promote resort services and upsell features to guests when appropriate.
- Maintain a neat and approachable appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and a good listener.
- Eagerness to learn about hospitality and guest engagement.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
