Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, offering prompt and professional responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring resolutions are timely and satisfactory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys, follow-up calls, and feedback forms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM and other software tools.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department when required.
