Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Summary:
- The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at KSolutions Consulting Limited will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role will serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. The CRO will play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
Project Liaison:
- Collaborate with the development team and project managers to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring project goals and deliverables are aligned.
- Provide clients with regular project updates, reports, and documentation.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Proactively seek out and generate new leads through referrals and networking.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of the software development life cycle is a plus.
