Job Description
- Contact potential customers through cold calls.
- Maximising customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional services.
- Maintain contact list and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Ensure full understanding of all bank products and services.
- Attending to incoming calls and e-mails.
Job Requirements
- Applicant should possess an HND / BSc in any relevant field.
- Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Applicant must reside close to Lagos Island.
