Job Title: Customer Retention Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
  • Candidate must reside on the island and it’s environs.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly plus other benefits.
