Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Manager to lead its administrative and customer engagement functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear, responsive communication
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Manage paperwork and administrative documentation
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (advanced degrees are an advantage)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leadership style that encourages team performance.
