Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Manager to lead its administrative and customer engagement functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear, responsive communication
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage paperwork and administrative documentation

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (advanced degrees are an advantage)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service leadership role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative leadership style that encourages team performance.
