Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Process customer orders, track delivery status, and handle after-sales follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and client interactions.
- Support inventory tracking and update stock levels when necessary.
- Assist with invoicing, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Prepare basic reports for management on customer trends and feedback.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of retail processes and POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Polite, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary
- N150,000 Monthly.
