Job Description
- We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support
Responsibilities
- Act as Go to Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Services (Sales and Technical).
- experience with Email communication, customer relations software
- Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
- Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
- Follow up on customers’ inquiries and issue resolution.
- Follow up and improve the onboarding process on customer projects.
- Manage our Customer Support Channels.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be an expert in IT especially excel
- Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
- Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
- Must Reside in Lagos.
Salary
N1,200,000 / annually.
