Job Summary
- The Customer Service Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, helping with inquiries, orders, event coordination, and general administrative support.
- This role also supports daily business operations and ensures smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
- Manage bookings and client orders, ensuring accurate details and timely follow-ups.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating event logistics.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support in daily administrative tasks such as filing, inventory updates, and report preparation.
- Assist in packaging and preparing dessert orders during peak times.
- Follow up on client feedback and help resolve any complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute creative ideas for improving customer experience.
Salary
- N90,000 – N100,000 per month.
