Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • The preferred candidate should be a Professional Female, between 24-36 years old with experience in a similar role.
  • She should be proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook.

Responsibilities
The Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Providing current and accurate information on all our products and services.
  • Feedback Handling: documents and escalate customer feedback and complaints for continuous improvement.
  • Data collection: Documenting all interactions and transactions in our CRM.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and fostering long-term relationships to encourage returning customers.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing would be an advantage!

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualification (OND /HND / B.Sc.)  with 2  – 5 years’ work experience.

The Ideal candidate should:

  • Be able to work under pressure,
  • Have good writing and oral communication abilities,
  • Have superb interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent verbal communication and skills.
  • Have basic understanding of sales process and dynamics
  • She should possess problem-solving skills and have a friendly voice.

Remuneration

  • Salary Range:  N1,800,000 – N2,200,000
  • Other Benefits inclusive (HMO and Performance bonus and Transport subsidy)
