Responsibilities
- Ensuring all customers data, updating clients on payments and following up on payment, preparing of invoices, make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any recognized institution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability are also crucial for effectively handling diverse customer needs and situations and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- The candidate must be living around Anthony or Ilupeju axis.
