Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the showroom’s visual standards, and driving sales performance in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from welcome to post-sale service.
- Assist customers with product selection, space planning, and design consultations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Showroom Management:
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturing and warehouse teams for product availability.
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the showroom.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with the production team to understand new product launches and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and showroom activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- At least, 2years proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar retail management role (preferably in furniture or home décor).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of furniture design, layout planning, and customer consultation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Qualities:
- Passion for interior design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
