Job Title: Customer Service Executive

About the Job

  • We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
  • The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory logistics experience from pickup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Liaise with operations and dispatch teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams for service improvement.
  • Stay updated on company policies, service offerings, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines with 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role (Monday–Saturday, with Saturday being a half day).
  • Hybrif role.
