Brenhazy Limited – Our client, a major player in the EPC and Real Estate industries, is looking for skilled people to fill the following positions:
Title: Customer Service/Front Desk Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Greeting, welcoming, and attending to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keeping the front desk tidy and well-organized, ensuring all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) are readily available.
- Answering questions and addressing complaints from visitors.
- Managing incoming calls, either redirecting them to the appropriate parties or taking detailed messages.
- Receiving and distributing letters, packages, and other incoming items.
- Preparing outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and packaging parcels.
- Handling email correspondence, checking, sorting, and forwarding messages as needed.
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining updated records and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Undertaking other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and schedule management.
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- 2-3 years of working experience in Customer Service or relevant roles.
Requirements & Skills
- Efficient time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
