Job Summary
- Identigo is looking for a smart, articulate, and service-driven Customer Service Intern to join our team.
- This role is ideal for a young female graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced biometric and identity technology company.
- The intern will be responsible for providing frontline support to customers, helping resolve inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and promptly.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Provide information on identity verification services and processes.
- Schedule appointments, handle client documentation, and manage records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure service desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
- Collect customer feedback and support improvement initiatives.
- Support the customer service team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Identigo’s data privacy policies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a FSLC with 0-1 years work experience.
- Must be female, aged 15–27, and passionate about customer service.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Friendly, courteous, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Must be teachable, organized, and proactive.
- Prior internship experience in a customer-facing role is an added advantage
