Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer with a minimum of one year’s experience, dedicated to providing exceptional and timely service.
Job Duties:

- You contribute ideas to enhance customer care and provide recommendations for improving the client’s experience.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND with a minimum of 1+ year’s experience in a related role.
- Profound knowledge of strategies for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-assured and goal-oriented.

Skills Required:
- Client-first attitude.
- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Competitive salary range: N80,000 – N150,000 per month.
