Job Description:

• Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer with a minimum of one year’s experience, dedicated to providing exceptional and timely service.

Job Duties:

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of OND with a minimum of 1+ year’s experience in a related role.
• Profound knowledge of strategies for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Self-assured and goal-oriented.

Skills Required:

• Client-first attitude.
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Competitive salary range: N80,000 – N150,000 per month.
