Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support and resolve complaints
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information on bank products and services
- Assist with account opening, loan applications, and transactions
- Cross-sell microfinance products and educate customers on financial literacy
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
