Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support and resolve complaints
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information on bank products and services
  • Assist with account opening, loan applications, and transactions
  • Cross-sell microfinance products and educate customers on financial literacy
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
