Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative to join our team at Party Supplies, Nigeria’s premier party supplies store.
  • You will manage comprehensive customer interactions across multiple channels while supporting daily operations and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in-person, and digital platforms using established protocols
  • Process online orders within 2 hours, manage barcode scanning, and coordinate dispatch operations
  • Handle helium services and balloon arrangements
  • Conduct customer follow-up calls within 48 hours of delivery to ensure satisfaction and collect testimonials
  • Maintain social media presence with content creation and status updates
  • Support inventory management, record keeping, and administrative tasks, including daily timesheets
  • Track sales progress toward monthly targets and identify upselling opportunities.
