About the Role

  • We’re seeking a courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Warri.
  • You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Educate customers on products, services, and processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Follow up on customer feedback and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service or front-desk experience (fintech/financial services is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, professional demeanor
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Warri.
