About the Role
- We’re seeking a courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Warri.
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues as needed
- Educate customers on products, services, and processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Follow up on customer feedback and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1 – 2 years of customer service or front-desk experience (fintech/financial services is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, professional demeanor
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Warri.
