Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00am-6:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaint
- Attend to customers’ enquiries
- Build good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
- Increase company’s sales target through customer retention
- Handle numerous orders and process them on time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confidence
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Smart and presentable
- Social media savvy
- Strong negotiation/convincing skill
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Product knowledge
- Problem-solving and empathetic skills

Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
