Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00am-6:00pm)

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaint
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries
  • Build good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
  • Increase company’s sales target through customer retention
  • Handle numerous orders and process them on time.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-confidence
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Smart and presentable
  • Social media savvy
  • Strong negotiation/convincing skill
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Product knowledge
  • Problem-solving and empathetic skills

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
