Description
- Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced aviation environment? We are hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our team in the inflight catering sector at Lagos International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, airline representatives, and internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure service delivery meets airline specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (preferably in inflight catering or aviation).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
