Job Description

• This role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries,and resolving issues.
• As an Online Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide service information and recommendations to customers.
• Process orders, handle returns, and exchange products as needed.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a First Degree, or HND. Relevant certificate is a plus.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to type.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary

• N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
