Akentertainment is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative

Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of customers inquiries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements and Skills

• First Degree or HND in any relevant field with 2-3 years work experience.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Must have good typing skill
• Between 20 – 26 years old
• Candidate should live within Ikeja
• Familiarity with computer and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
