Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with customers to promote our products/services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Maintain customer satisfaction and manage complaints effectively
- Use Microsoft Office applications efficiently
- Update spreadsheet daily
- Attend Meetings on behalf of Ampsolve
- Send Weekly report
- Follow up on invoice
- Follow up on payment
- Follow up on renewal
- Send necessary documents to clients
- Send out Renewals monthly
- and other functions as determined by the company
Requirements
- HND or OND / B.Sc Degree
Excellent spoken and written English - Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional attitude
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Resident in Maryland / Ketu / Onipani / Anthony environs.
