Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • Interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Geoinfotech products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers:communicate with customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
  • Providing assistance:Assist customers with placing orders, processing their request, tracking service delivery and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Problem-solving:Identify and analyze customer concerns or complaints, and work towards finding appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and record-keeping:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints for future reference.
  • Product knowledge:Have a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively answer customer questions and provide relevant information.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • B.Sc, HND and above from a recognized university

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in handling computer
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Empathy: You should be empathetic, patient, and understanding, as you deal with customers who may be frustrated or upset.
  • Problem-solving: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, think critically, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Multitasking: You should be able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Conflict resolution: Ability to handle difficult customers, and navigate challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools, to efficiently manage customer interactions and retrieve information.

Salary
N75,000 – N150,000 monthly.
