Job Summary
- We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Koolboks.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about Koolboks products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer concerns.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and best customer service practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
