Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at LANDMALL.NG, as a Real Estate Customer Service representative.
- This role focuses on providing exceptional client service and support to our real estate clients in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
- Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage property listings, enquiries, and processing transactions.
- Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activity.
- Assist in scheduling real estate showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
