  • We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support the expansion of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the business manager in fulfilling clients orders
  • Working with various business partners and vendors to execute clients projects.
  • Conducting quality control. Ensure all designed, printed and manufactured items meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.
  • Sourcing of supplies and inventory required to fulfill customer orders.
  • Communicating with customers and responding to enquiries via relevant channels such as email and chat.
  • Carrying out other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication, coordination and planning skills
  • High attention to detail
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently
