Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Online, Lekki Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling orders in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
  • This role involves providing ordering assistance, managing customer inquiries, facilitating experience recovery, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information
  • Customer Follow-up: Perform after-purchase follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address concerns to get feedbacks and reviews.
  • Product Updates: Inform customers about new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Production Scheduling: Assist in coordinating daily and weeklyschedules to ensure requestsare fulfilled on time.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a customer database with accurate order and contact information.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
