We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ogba, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
  • Conduct inspections of items for defects and report issues as necessary.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.
  • Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with accuracy.
  • Prepare all required shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any discipline
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • 2 – 3 years Proven customer support or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N130,000 gross
