Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing shipments, and ensuring clients enjoy a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in person, via phone, or online.
- Receive and process shipment orders and track delivery updates.
- Handle complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests.
- Liaise with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service (logistics industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer use.
- Must reside in or around the location applied for.
- Proven customer support or experience as a customer service representative.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
