Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience by addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining brand excellence in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system and track interactions.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Stay informed on product details, styling tips, and industry trends to offer expert guidance.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to improve service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4years in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of luxury hair products is a plus.
