Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service both online and in person.
  • This role requires someone who is articulate, responsive, and genuinely passionate about client care and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store.
  • Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and manage after-sales service.
  • Resolve complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Record and report customer feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and CRM updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in customer service (experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, social media platforms, email, and chat apps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Must reside around Ikate, Lekki or nearby areas — this is a key requirement.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Knowledge of luxury hair products and customer preferences.
  • Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
