Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help clients find their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on available listings.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend networking events and open houses to promote properties and services.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
Qualifications
- BSc or HND in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
