Description
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product or service information and recommendations
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
