Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enugu.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support to ensure a positive experience with Urban Rocks Development Company Limited.
  • You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties, services, and processes.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and provide effective and timely solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process customer requests, such as scheduling site visits, providing documentation, and facilitating transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and standards.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Igbo is an advantage.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including email, word processing, and CRM software (preferred).
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly.
