Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enugu.
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support to ensure a positive experience with Urban Rocks Development Company Limited.
- You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties, services, and processes.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and provide effective and timely solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Process customer requests, such as scheduling site visits, providing documentation, and facilitating transactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Igbo is an advantage.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including email, word processing, and CRM software (preferred).
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Salary
- N100,000 monthly.
