Job Overview
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a legal background to join our company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional and top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their queries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- This is an office-based position, and this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a thorough understanding of travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service enquiries and feedback through accurate and efficient personal attention, and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures, events, activities, industry trends, and changes to Council operations to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Accurately register and record customer requests using a wide range of computer systems, including a Customer Request and Record Management System.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
- Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- The person must be available to resume immediately.
