Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations.
- Proficient in using computers, office software, and hospital information systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, may include evening or weekend shifts depending on hospital needs.
- Work is performed in a hospital or clinic environment with frequent interaction with patients and staff.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
