Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Social Media Handler

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Social Media Handler.
  • This dual-role position is responsible for providing excellent customer support while also managing our brand’s presence on social media.
  • The ideal candidate is friendly, tech-savvy, and capable of communicating effectively across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Resolve complaints, process returns/exchanges, and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and post engaging content in line with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor trends, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with good typing and computer skills.

Salary

  • N100, 000 – N150,000 Monthly
