Job Title: Customer Service & Reseller Onboarding Representative

Job Summary

  • RHMS Tech is looking for a Customer Service & Reseller Onboarding Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate must be iPhone-savvy, proactive, and highly responsive, with a strong ability to engage customers and onboard new resellers to expand the company’s reach.
  • This role involves handling inquiries across multiple communication channels (calls, messages, DMs, and emails), assisting prospective/Returning customers and resellers with onboarding and re’onboarding, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, DMs, and emails.
  • Provide accurate information about Apple products and services.
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Apple gadget buyers.
  • Process orders, refunds, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction by following up on inquiries and issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.

Reseller Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new resellers within Computer Village and other key locations.
  • Guide new resellers on product offerings, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with resellers, ensuring they have the necessary support to drive sales.
  • Provide ongoing training and product updates to resellers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to expand the reseller network and drive revenue growth.

Company Growth & Sales Support:

  • Support marketing efforts by engaging customers and resellers on social media.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and visibility for RHMS Tech.
  • Assist in organizing promotions, events, and reseller incentives to boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer and reseller satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or reseller management (preferably in tech or retail).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle social media inquiries, live chat, and phone support.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and the reseller market is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
