Job Summary

  • Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the dynamic world of hotel and hospitality? We are looking for a skilled Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant educational qualifications to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Setup sales targetto achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy rates.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to increase bookings.
  • Maintain a strong online presence through social media, website content, and online booking platforms.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and profitability.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and sales roles in the hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
